About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Maersk. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers to gain a deep understanding of their business needs and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a positive customer experience for all customers and ensure a smooth execution of the end-to-end shipment lifecycle by working closely with the customer and internal teams.
  • Manage interaction with the refrigerated cargo customer portfolio, including direct communication with customers.
  • Manage communication with internal stakeholders, particularly with the United States.
  • Analyze ways to improve the service provided to customers.
  • Ensure all products and services are sold to the customer to maximize profitability.
  • Build strong relationships with all stakeholders, including offshore GSC teams.
  • Be responsible for customer satisfaction and have experience with customer interaction.
  • Understand customers' business drivers, needs, and requirements.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, segmentation, and accurate forecasting.
  • Handle incoming customer service queries, issues, and exception management.
  • May support the Customer Experience Partner and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Experience in Maritime Transportation (preferable), Air Transportation, or Inland.
  • Experience in logistics is desirable.
  • Experience in reefer cargo is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, foreign trade, or a similar field (new graduates are invited to apply).
  • English: Intermediate.
  • Proactive.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and influence.
