Are you passionate about driving sales and commercial strategy? We are seeking a skilled Commercial Operations Head to join our team.

This role is responsible for developing and executing customer-centric marketing strategies to drive growth and enhance brand visibility across the region.

A Taste of What You'll Be Doing

  • Strategic Mindset: Develop and execute customer marketing and marketing strategies and tactics aligned with business objectives.
  • Commercial Data Analysis: Analyze market insights and sales data to identify opportunities and make decisions.
  • Brand Building Management: Budget for these countries (end-to-end process). Supervise and analyze territory performance alongside customers to generate action plans.

We're Looking for Someone With

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 3+ years of business experience in sales, trade, and/or customer marketing departments.
  • Field execution experience.
  • Deep knowledge of market/customer dynamics in each region.
  • Office skills: intermediate or higher.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • English level: intermediate or higher.
