Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Enterprise IT System Administrator to join our team at Microsoft. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise to customers, partners, and field engineers who are diagnosing and troubleshooting complex computer systems, software, or networked and/or wireless systems.

In this role, you will work closely with customers to review and resolve issues, perform troubleshooting and related analyses, and escalate issues as necessary. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve products, resolve bugs, and automate processes.
