Job Description
The Call Center Coach will be responsible for guiding and mentoring agents through difficult calls or issues, utilizing an aggressive and organized approach to performance management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Troubleshooting agent questions and providing support as needed
- Developing and implementing plans to improve sales performance and customer acquisition
- Mentoring and training agents for career progression and performance improvement
- Managing day-to-day operations of the Sales Team, including monitoring calls and evaluating performance with key metrics
- Building and delivering productivity plans to meet business objectives
- Presenting team performance to management and driving continuous improvement
Qualifications
Successful candidates will possess:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Team Leader or higher position focusing on Sales/Call Center
- Experience identifying and implementing large-scale process improvement initiatives using data-driven techniques
- Strong time management and adaptability skills, with the ability to handle remote teams and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to provide strategic advice and recommendations
