About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a CSM, you will be responsible for driving customer adoption and retention, while also identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer success strategies that drive adoption and retention
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs
  • Measure and analyze customer data to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in TAM, CSM, or program management with technical aptitude
  • Proven track record of driving customer adoption and retention
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
