**Job Overview**
SaaS Customer Success Manager works with new and existing customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with Micro Focus SaaS solutions.
The role involves onboarding accounts, driving adoption, and building high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a track record of managing mid-sized portfolios of annuity services, business P&L management, financial concepts, and contract law.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Plans and directs the delivery of contracted business activities throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Accountable for the financial performance of contracts in terms of revenue, margin, and growth potential.
- Establishes yearly budgets and controls expenses to achieve financial goals.
- Led business negotiations for small contracts or portions of large contracts.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years' relevant client management and 5-7 years industry experience.
- Track record of managing mid-sized portfolios of annuity services.
