Job Description:

The Associate Customer Success Manager is a key member of our customer account team responsible for driving business growth, analyzing customer insights, and solving complex problems. This role involves building strategic relationships with customers, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to increase revenue and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive revenue growth and retention
  • Analyze customer data and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall experience
  • Establish trusted partner relationships with assigned clients and drive value through Syniverse products

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to quickly develop effective working relationships with internal and external contacts
  • BS/BA in Business or Marketing preferred
