We're looking for a talented Customer Success Manager to join our team and help us drive customer success and growth in North America.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Qualify and nurture an installed base of customers to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Work closely with Account Sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and deliver customized plans to drive customer adoption and utilization of Zscaler's platform
- Maintain a deep understanding of Zscaler's technology and be able to articulate its benefits and value proposition to customers
