Strategic Account Services Program Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead our Seller Growth Initiatives team within Amazon Support Services Costa Rica Srl. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for executing programs focused on delivering new and existing features, processes, product, or systems with high ownership.
With a proven track record in program management, you will drive and facilitate moderately complex projects, focusing on results and measuring attainment of outcomes. Your expertise in change management, driving adoption of new tools, processes, and decision support will enable you to influence stakeholders outside your direct area of responsibility to ensure delivery.
In this role, you will design scaled processes by gathering functional requirements, identifying resources needed, and defining milestones and launch schedule to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects. You will also audit activities impacting selling partners and drive process improvement.
