Service Delivery Operations Manager

Service Management Support:

  • Provide direct support to the Customer Experience team and process financial transactions
  • Manage operational projects and develop technical presentations

Requirements:

  • Experience in report building and Microsoft Office products
  • Proficient in web conferencing solutions and video conferencing equipment
  • Knowledge of Ariba, SAP, and Taulia
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 3+ years of experience in a business information technology role
  • Language proficiency in Spanish and English
