**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Center Operations Manager to lead our service center operations, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient delivery, and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

The successful candidate will develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery, enhance efficiency, and meet or exceed customer expectations. They will also ensure the overall performance of the service center, monitor key metrics, and implement corrective actions as needed.

This is a full-time position based in San José, Costa Rica. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service orientation, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrated leadership abilities. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

**Responsibilities**:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall operations of the service center, including customer service, surgical planning, and dental CAD design services
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and efficiency
  • Monitor service center performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance technical skills and customer service capabilities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in service center management or a similar leadership role
  • Strong customer service orientation and a track record of achieving high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and the capacity to motivate and manage a diverse team

**Benefits:**

Competitive compensation package, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth and development. This role offers a base salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer additional benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

**Travel Percentage:** 0-10% of the working hours may be spent on travel to meetings and events.
