We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at Costa Rica's Call Center.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service or a call center is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
