Job Purpose:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inside Account Representative to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As an Inside Account Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth for our partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth for assigned accounts, ensuring organizational profitability.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Account Management: Manage and maintain accurate account information, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, providing creative solutions to drive business growth.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School/GED certification plus 3 years of relevant experience or 2-year degree plus 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English and French, with the ability to converse and write effectively in both languages.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to use relevant computer systems and applications at an intermediate level.
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.
