Job Title: Manager, Customer Success, Strategic Account Services

The Strategic Account Services (SAS) organization at Amazon Support Services Costa Rica SRL is seeking a seasoned professional to lead a team of Strategic Account Managers responsible for driving growth and development of key Sellers in the Amazon Store.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all business and operational objectives of your Strategic Account Management team. You will drive the creation and execution of strategies to achieve business goals, collaborate with your team to identify and optimize growth levers, and develop innovative solutions to improve the end-customer experience.

The ideal candidate thrives in an ambiguous environment, develops and implements business strategies to deliver growth, and has a passion for people management. They must be able to build, develop, and guide high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach, mentor, and develop a team of Strategic Account Managers to achieve business objectives.
  • Contribute to goal setting for your team to align with organizational goals and contribute to business strategy development.
  • Build and cultivate strong relationships with Sellers in your team's portfolio and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify, optimize, and scale improvements that benefit a large set of customers.
  • Manage recruiting and hiring efforts across direct team and broader organization.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of professional experience in Corporate Retail, Buying, Merchandising, Planning, Pricing, Brand Management, Customer Success, Account Management, Management Consulting, Marketing, B2B, and/or E-Commerce.
  • 5+ years of experience developing and leading teams while driving organizational goals.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience building customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and increasing adoption and utilization of company products.
  • Experience using data analysis, reporting, and forecasting to guide business decisions and solve problems.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Superior communication and presentation skills.
  • Effective territory/account management and strategy development.
  • Understanding of retail math and formulas for business decisions.
  • Experience using analytical, account management, and productivity tools.
