Strategic Account Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Services Manager to lead a team of Strategic Account Managers responsible for driving growth and development of key Sellers in the Amazon Store.
This role requires a strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguous situations effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Coach, mentor, and develop a team of Strategic Account Managers to achieve business objectives.
- Contribute to goal setting and business strategy development, identifying key metrics that drive growth and improve the customer experience.
- Build and cultivate strong relationships with Sellers and internal stakeholders, providing trusted advice and advocacy.
- Identify, optimize, and scale improvements that benefit a large customer base, driving efficiencies through tools and processes.
- Manage recruiting and hiring efforts across the direct team and broader organization.
- 6+ years of professional experience in Corporate Retail, Buying, Merchandising, Planning, Pricing, Brand Management, Customer Success, Account Management, Management Consulting, Marketing, B2B, and/or E-Commerce.
- 5+ years of experience developing and leading teams, driving organizational goals.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience building customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and increasing adoption and utilization of company products.
- Experience using data analysis, reporting, and forecasting to guide business decisions and solve problems.
- Superior communication and presentation skills.
- Effective territory/account management, strategy development, and execution.
- Understanding of retail math and formulas for business decision-making.
- Experience using analytical, account management, and productivity tools.
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of Heredia, H, CRI or San Jose, SJ, CRI locations.
