About the Role:
We are seeking an Inside Account Representative to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As an Inside Account Representative, you will work with specific, identified accounts, driving revenues and margins to ensure organizational profitability. You will be responsible for managing customer and territory P&L, generating new business through inbound and outbound calling, and coordinating with the field sales team to answer RFPs and provide proposals to accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer and territory P&L, demonstrating critical thinking skills to successfully manage the growth and profitability of assigned territory.
- Generate new business through inbound and outbound calling.
- Coordinate with field sales team to answer RFPs, provide proposals to accounts, and QBR presentations.
- Identify business growth opportunities through research and execute growth plans for the sales territory.
- Build and maintain detailed account profiles for each customer and identify opportunities to attach additional TD SYNNEX solution offerings where applicable.
- Ability to identify potential issues and challenges and provide visibility to them in a timely manner to Inside Account Executive/Sr. Inside Account Executive.
- Develop written documentation and procedures for assigned sales accounts and delegate repetitive tasks to internal TD SYNNEX support teams.
- Travel/attend TD SYNNEX and Industry events depending on necessity.
- Collaborate with sales support to ensure quotes/orders are processed timely and accurately.
- Develop and maintain relationships at all levels with customers.
- Possess basic understanding of TD SYNNEX strategy and initiatives and can provide value proposition to customer base.
- Use project management skills to complete customer requests.
Requirements:
- 4-year degree and 1-3 years of experience, or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education.
- Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.
- Possesses strong data entry skills.
- Able to demonstrate complex problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.
- Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
- Able to converse and write effectively in English and other local/regional language.
- Able to negotiate skillfully and promote/sell ideas persuasively.
- Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
- Able to adjust readily to change and adapt as needed.
- Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.
- Able to maintain and promote social, ethical, and organizational standards in conducting internal and external business activities.

- Able to effectively multi-task.
- Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

- Able to use relevant computer systems and applications at an intermediate level.
