Regional Channel Development Manager

About the Role
You will be responsible for developing and executing channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth for Nitel. This includes defining go-to-market plans, managing sales agents, and cultivating new partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the RVP Channel Sales Regional Channel Directors and cross-functional teams to establish sales and growth goals.
- Manage channel sales agents to drive regional channel sales revenue across multiple states.
- Actively cultivate new agent engagement from a predefined list of prospective transactional agents.
- Coach and educate sales agents on Nitel products, processes, and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of sales experience in the telecom or high-tech industry with strong technical capability and computer savviness.
- Minimum 2 years' channel, sales, marketing, and business development experience.
- Creative and strategic thinking with good business sense.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills.
