El Ejecutivo de Desarrollo de Negocios (BDE, por sus siglas en inglés) es nuestro puente entre las necesidades del cliente y nuestro portafolio de servicios. El BDE es responsable de acelerar el tiempo de valor para nuestros clientes y apoyarlos en sus necesidades de lugar de trabajo digital, productividad y colaboración. Trabajando en estrecha colaboración con los gerentes de cuentas, el BDE debe identificar, calificar, desarrollar y cerrar oportunidades dentro de nuestro Portafolio de Futuro del Lugar de Trabajo. Con su dominio técnico del portafolio y conocimiento de la industria, deberían poder buscar y adquirir nuevos clientes, así como trabajar con el gerente de cuenta en nuestra base instalada para desarrollar aún más su negocio, ayudando a nuestros clientes con su transformación técnica. ¿Qué es el Lugar de Trabajo Digital (DWP)? Esta línea de negocio comprende todos los servicios relacionados con las tecnologías de Microsoft 365, desde Azure Active Directory hasta Intune, pasando por Exchange Online y todos los demás servicios intermedios. También nos centramos en servicios de seguridad con tecnologías de Microsoft, otros proveedores de terceros y ofertas de SoftwareOne.
**Rol y Responsabilidades**:
El Ejecutivo de Desarrollo de Negocios (BDE) para el Lugar de Trabajo Digital reporta al Líder del Equipo de Lugar de Trabajo Digital y apoyará las siguientes funciones:
- Establecer relaciones con clientes nuevos y existentes y asegurar nuevos negocios en el portafolio de DWP.
- Impulsar todo el ciclo de ventas desde el compromiso inicial hasta el cierre del contrato.
- Fomentar la compra de soluciones adicionales relacionadas en clientes existentes.
- Trabajar con los gerentes de cuenta para co-crear planes de cuenta, definir la estrategia general de cuenta y objetivos para nuestros clientes existentes.
- Mantener conocimientos de mercado y tendencias actualizados y relevantes sobre los elementos del portafolio asignado.
- Ser capaz de interactuar con interesados en varios níveles organizativos, comprender los requisitos, desafíos y oportunidades del lugar de trabajo y posicionar la solución o modelo de soporte para esas necesidades.
- Trabajar con el equipo técnico para asegurarse de que diseñamos la solución adecuada para nuestros clientes.
- Articular expertamente el valor comercial de las soluciones ofrecidas a nuestros clientes.
- Proporcionar retroalimentación a la Gerencia de Cuentas sobre ideas para disminuir el ciclo de ventas, mejorar las ventas, la marca y la reputación de la empresa.
Que esperamos de tí:
**Perfil**: 5 años o equivalente en áreas, Diseño de arquitectura técnica de múltiples proveedores. Experiência trabajando con soluciones de ciberseguridad.
Calificaciones Deseadas
- Licenciatura en informática, administración de empresas, gestión de proyectos, gestión comercial u otra carrera relevante.
- Al menos una de las siguientes certificaciones de Microsoft MS-900, MS-100, MS-203, MS-700 o MS-500 altamente preferida.
- Conocimientos o certificaciones en ventas de consultoría, gestión del cambio son una ventaja.
- Más de 2 años de experiência en ventas de tecnología y/o soluciones de lugar de trabajo digital.
- Experiência en servicios de consultoría tecnológica.
- Apoyado en una función de ventas tecnológicas/preventas.
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación, presentación y colaboración (interna y externamente).
- Fuertes métodos de trabajo estructurados, habilidades de multitarea y gestión del tiempo.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita, así como un sólido conocimiento de negocio de la industria.
- Altamente motivado y orientado a resultados.
- Buen nível de inglés, tanto hablado como escrito.
