We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Business Development Executive to join our team in Costa Rica.

About the Role:

  • This is an exciting opportunity to further enhance your call center and customer skills and work with a Global company with lots of career growth opportunities
  • You will be responsible for creating and maintaining professional and profitable relationships with dealer customers within an assigned territory

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing internal sales calls; business-to-business call center agent position
  • Inbound and outbound communications with businesses through telephone and e-mail
  • Provide top-notch customer service by effectively understanding business needs and offering or upgrading services to ensure the best solution
  • Achieve set targets and other performance indicators as outlined by the business
  • Manage and update business accounts with appropriate information ensuring regulatory, business specific and corporate guidelines are followed

About You:

  • You enjoy talking to people on the phone and building business relationships within your designated sales region
  • You are passionate about customer service and delivering a quality customer experience
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a history of exceeding company targets
  • You are open to coaching/feedback and have a desire to grow and drive your career forward

Requirements:

  • English Proficiency minimum of CEFR C1
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center or sales position is required
  • Experience in tier II customer support and/or customer retention is a strong asset
  • Must be able to work full-time from office
