Is building a personal relationship with customers your bread and butter? Do you consider yourself an IT geek who can easily explain what DNS is, and you just love solving similar technical issues? You're in the right place. We are looking for an experienced Web Hosting Specialist to join our Customer Success Team
We are a strong team of web hosting industry professionals who will motivate you to learn and be curious. The position will provide numerous Rubik’s cube-worthy technical problems and the satisfaction of helping clients scale in the online environment.
If you crave to boost your career further in web hosting - this position will equip you with indispensable knowledge about the customers and the products, contributing to your long-term goals.

**What you will do**:

- Provide a red carpet Customer service experience to our Customers;
- Focus on the Customer’s success by offering additional services, tools, and products;
- Dive deep into the world of IT by continuous polishing of your technical background;
- Deliver impactful work on a company scale.

**What we expect**:

- Clear written English communication (C1 or Native);
- Minimum 1 year of troubleshooting experience in the IT field;
- Strong interpersonal skills such as proactiveness and empathy;
- Ability to work 40 hours per week (5 days a week) in rotating shifts (including nights, and weekends);
- Ability to boost the internet speed up to 50 Mbps;
- A computer with the following parameters: processor - Intel i5 or higher, AMD Ryzen 5 or higher, RAM: 8 GB or higher.
