We are seeking an experienced Web Hosting Specialist to join our Customer Success Team at Hostinger. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers numerous opportunities for professional growth and development in the web hosting industry.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service experiences, focusing on customer success by offering additional services, tools, and products, and continuously improving their technical background.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of IT troubleshooting, excellent written English communication skills (C1 level), and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide red carpet customer service experience
  • Foster customer success by offering relevant services, tools, and products
  • Pursue continuous learning and improvement of technical skills

Requirements:

  • C1 level written English communication
  • Minimum 1 year of troubleshooting experience in the IT field
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including proactiveness and empathy
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
  • A high-performance computer meeting specific requirements
