**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist with expertise in web technologies to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, ensuring their systems and applications run smoothly and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Monitor and support various services, alerts, jobs, and queues to ensure seamless operations
- Utilize JIRA Service Management & ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing tools to track and resolve issues effectively
- Troubleshoot and debug complex problems using your technical expertise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for automation and process improvement
- Create high-quality support documents, including run books and SOPs, to facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices
- Develop strong communication skills to interact with various stakeholders, including IT support and business user groups across the globe

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

- Strong experience in monitoring and supporting web-based services and applications
- Proficiency in using JIRA Service Management & ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing tools, with a solid understanding of ITIL concepts (incident, service, and problem management)
- Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
- Experience in creating high-quality support documents, including run books and SOPs, to facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders, including IT support and business user groups across the globe
- Familiarity with Spanish Language (Speak & Write) is highly desirable

**Nice to Have:**

- Flexibility to work weekend shifts and handle P1/escalated issues as needed
- Knowledge of Media and Entertainment domain, with certification in ITIL Foundation or above being an added advantage
- Development experience, with a focus on web technologies, would be beneficial for career growth and skill enhancement
