We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented customer success expert to join our team.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with our business partners, proactively identify and address any issues, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure their success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
  • Proactively identify and address customer concerns and issues
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure customer success
  • Achieve business partner retention targets
  • Provide regular updates on customer account status to internal stakeholders
  • Help to develop and implement customer success strategies and best practices

Qualifications:

  • 12 years of customer success, account management, or related experience
  • Strong ENGLISH communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth through retention and expansion efforts
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
  • Experience with CRM systems and data analysis is a plus
