Customer Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and issues
- De-escalate challenging customer situations and resolve issues efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and procedures
- Proactively contact customers to address issues and improve program usage
- Meet or exceed department metrics and service level agreements
- Minimum two years of customer support experience with heavy inbound call volume
- Trilingual - Fluent Spanish, English, and French (written and verbal)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
