About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Representative to join our team at TreviPay. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, merchants, and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and issues
  • De-escalate challenging customer situations and provide solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes
  • Proactively contact customers to address issues and provide proactive support
  • Meet or exceed department metrics and service level agreements
Requirements
  • Minimum two years of customer support experience with heavy inbound call volume
  • Trilingual - Fluent Spanish, English, and French (written and verbal)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
