Position Overview

As a Customer Support Specialist for WPT Global, your primary objective is to provide exceptional service to our vibrant and diverse clientele.

You will be responsible for addressing customer concerns, which includes troubleshooting issues with transactions, managing unresolved gaming rounds, and processing compensations, all while ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.

In this capacity, you will play a key role in enhancing the overall customer journey by continuously improving service quality and operational effectiveness, thereby contributing to elevated customer satisfaction levels.

Key Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in customer support within the gaming sector.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Poker, along with a genuine enthusiasm for the game.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English, with the capability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively in both languages.
  • Outstanding communication abilities, ensuring interactions with customers are clear, concise, and empathetic.
  • Skilled in multitasking and making sound, effective decisions in high-pressure situations.
Core Responsibilities
  • Addressing customer inquiries across various channels, including email and chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of all issues.
  • Managing manual credit requests and cash transactions, including troubleshooting and resolving problems with transactions, unresolved gaming rounds, and processing compensations with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Providing expert Second Line Support for teams, addressing escalated issues and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Assisting with translations as necessary, ensuring clear and accurate communication for diverse audiences.
  • Proactively enhancing the customer experience by regularly updating FAQ content, conducting quality assessments, and optimizing the use of current tools for maximum efficiency.
