Job Summary

Amazon Support Services Costa Rica SRL is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Account Manager, Global Sales to join our team. As a key member of our Global Sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts in LATAM, driving improvements across various selling and expansion-related fields, and building a deep knowledge of the leading edge of global eCommerce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Qualify and manage a book of business spanning multiple categories and countries, identifying and resolving bottlenecks or other addressable CX opportunities across a complex business landscape.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise and maintain regular communication with key internal and external stakeholders, including Selling Partners and cross-functional teams.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute marketing strategies and support for regular and key seasonal events, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data and produce insightful business strategies that make a difference, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Build multi-domain subject matter expertise through management of parallel business initiatives, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of sales or account management experience
  • Fluent English language skills (reading, writing, and speaking)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of sales or account management experience
  • Experience in relationship management within technology, startups, or SaaS Platforms
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
  • Experience deep diving on selling partner-level issues and delivering recommendations
  • E-Commerce industry or related industry experience
