Trainer - LATAM

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Trainer - LATAM to join our team. As a Trainer - LATAM, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for our sales personnel in LATAM. You will assess, recommend, develop, and/or source needed training courses, materials, and activities. You will also provide one-on-one and group coaching to sales personnel to achieve assigned quotas by demonstrating mastery in areas such as account management, account development, negotiation, and objection handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develops and delivers designated training programs for sales personnel in LATAM.
• Assesses, recommends, develops, and/or sources needed training courses, materials, and activities.
• Provides one-on-one and group coaching to sales personnel to achieve assigned quotas.
• Identifies individual coaching needs and develops and implements coaching plans.
• Evaluates the effectiveness of programs delivered through various established measurement methods.

Requirements:

• Internal 4-year college degree from a regionally accredited university plus 1 year relevant experience, or 2 years college completed at a regionally accredited university (48 credit hours) plus 2 years relevant experience, or 4 or more years relevant experience.
• External 4-year college degree from a regionally accredited university, or 2 years college completed at a regionally accredited university (48 credit hours) plus 4 years relevant experience, or 8 or more years relevant experience.
• Language: 100% proficiency in English.
