Trainer - LATAM

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training and Development Manager to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our sales personnel.

• Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our sales team, including classroom, one-on-one, and on-the-job training.
• Assess and recommend training courses, materials, and activities to support the development of our sales personnel.
• Provide coaching and feedback to sales personnel to help them achieve their assigned quotas and develop their skills in areas such as account management, negotiation, and objection handling.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and implement coaching plans to support the development of our sales team.

• 4-year college degree from a regionally accredited university, or 2 years college completed at a regionally accredited university (48 credit hours) plus 2 years relevant experience, or 4 or more years relevant experience.
• 100% proficiency in English.
• Previous sales training experience and instructional design experience are strongly preferred.
