About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training and Development Manager to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our sales personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our sales team, including classroom, one-on-one, and on-the-job training.
  • Assess and recommend training courses, materials, and activities to support the development of our sales personnel.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to sales personnel to help them achieve their assigned quotas and develop their skills in areas such as account management, negotiation, and objection handling.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and implement coaching plans to support the development of our sales team.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as education, training and development, or business.
  • At least 4 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on sales training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with sales personnel and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
