We are seeking a highly skilled Trainer - LATAM to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for our sales personnel, assessing and recommending training courses, and providing coaching to achieve assigned quotas.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver training programs for sales personnel, including classroom, one-on-one, and on-the-job training.
- Assess and recommend training courses, materials, and activities to meet the needs of our sales team.
- Provide coaching to sales personnel to achieve assigned quotas, focusing on areas such as account management, negotiation, and objection handling.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and implement coaching plans for sales personnel, including identifying individual coaching needs and developing strategies to address them.
- 4-year college degree from a regionally accredited university, plus 1 year of relevant experience, or 2 years of college completed at a regionally accredited university (48 credit hours) plus 2 years of relevant experience, or 4 or more years of relevant experience.
- 100% proficiency in English.
- Previous sales training experience and instructional design experience are strongly preferred.
