Customer Support Representative

At TreviPay, we're dedicated to making B2B payments easier, faster, and smarter. As a Customer Support Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and issues
  • De-escalate challenging customer situations and resolve issues efficiently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and procedures
  • Proactively contact customers to address issues and provide proactive solutions
  • Meet or exceed department metrics and service level agreements
Requirements:
  • Minimum two years of customer support experience with heavy inbound call volume
  • Trilingual - Fluent Spanish, English, and French (written and verbal)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
