Job Title: Enterprise Digital Solution Area Specialist Manager-Azure Modern Work

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales leader to join our Digital Cloud Acquisition team as an Enterprise Digital Solution Area Specialist Manager-Azure Modern Work. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales specialists to drive growth and revenue for Microsoft's Azure, Modern Work, and Security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales specialists to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth for Microsoft's Azure, Modern Work, and Security solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering, to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of sales and negotiation experience, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and sales performance.
  • Experience in cloud sales, specifically Azure, Modern Work, and Security solutions.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
