About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Solution Area Specialist to join our team at Microsoft. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, driving and closing Microsoft Enterprise Unified Support opportunities, and ensuring our customers are supported throughout all stages of their product lifecycles.

Responsibilities

As a Digital Solution Area Specialist, you will:

  • Develop deep business acumen across Microsoft's portfolio of products and services
  • Hone your solution sales and networking capabilities by leading consultative customer conversations
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Drive incremental revenue growth through personal campaigns and internal sources
  • Apply Microsoft's sales process to determine the quality of opportunities and proceed accordingly
  • Identify opportunities to drive consumption and grow business with existing customers
  • Develop an understanding of external stakeholders' mapping, including decision makers and influencers
  • Implement strategies to accelerate the closing of deals in collaboration with other team members
  • Collaborate with One Commercial Partner (OCP) and partners to cross-sell, up-sell, and co-sell products, solutions, and services

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
