Key Account Manager

OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO
Incrementar los ingresos de ventas de las cuentas claves asignadas, asegurando el crecimiento y la participación en el mercado del segmento asignado, identificando, desarrollando y gestionando proyectos claves de alto nivel.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES / FUNCIONES
• Gestionar las cuentas claves corporativas de la empresa, desarrollando verticales específicos con proyectos de gran escala.
• Gestionar las necesidades en cuanto a producto y soluciones corporativas con los requisitos clave del cliente en torno a los servicios de tecnología, servicios básicos y soluciones de valor añadido.
• Incrementar los ingresos de ventas de las Cuentas Claves a través de servicios gestionados corporativos.
• Coordinar internamente con los departamentos correspondientes la entrega de los productos y servicios correctos a los clientes de manera oportuna. 
• Brindar el control y seguimiento de los esfuerzos de mercadeo, presentaciones y oportunidades para posicionar las soluciones y servicios corporativos que ofrecemos en la industria.
• Analizar la información relevante del cliente para la preparación de informes regulares de progreso y pronósticos para las partes interesadas (internas y externas) utilizando las métricas de cuenta clave. 
• Desarrollar relaciones de confianza y de alto nivel con los clientes que garanticen fidelidad y lealtad, haciendo crecer nuestro negocio y así lograr el éxito comercial a largo plazo.

PREPARACIÓN ACADÉMICA
• Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Sistemas de Información, Informática o carrera afín.

EXPERIENCIA
• Mínimo 7 años de experiencia en ventas o atención de cuentas en los diferentes sectores de negocio.

CONOCIMIENTO TÉCNICO

• Experiencia en la venta de soluciones en Tecnología de Información o Industria de Telecomunicaciones.
• Experiencia en el desarrollo de planes y estrategias empresariales de cuentas / territorios / socios y ejecución de los mismos.
• Comunicación y habilidades interpersonales con aptitud para construir relaciones con profesionales de todos los niveles organizacionales. 
• Conocimientos de Soluciones basadas en Servicios Administrados y Cloud.
• Inglés Avanzado.
• Experiencia comprobada en Venta Consultiva
• Experiencia en manejo financiero de casos de negocios
• Manejo de Proyectos de Integración de Servicios de TI y Telecomunicaciones.

Licencia B1 al día y vehículo propio indispensable.
