Casino Account Manager

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven individual to join our team as a Casino Account Manager. As the Casino Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our casino clients, driving sales, and maximizing revenue. Your sales background, account management experience, and leadership skills will be essential in ensuring client satisfaction and driving the success of our casino services.
**Responsibilities**:
**Sales and Business Development**: Actively pursue new casino clients and sales opportunities to expand our customer base. Utilize your sales background to pitch our casino products and services effectively, driving growth in the casino gaming market.
**Account Management**: Manage and nurture existing casino client accounts. Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our casino products and offerings.
**Customer Support**: Provide exceptional customer support to address inquiries, concerns, and requests from casino clients promptly and professionally. Be the primary point of contact for client-related matters, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
**Product Knowledge**: Demonstrate a basic understanding of casino products and services, enabling you to effectively communicate their benefits to clients and address basic product-related inquiries.
**Data Analysis**: Utilize Microsoft Excel and other tools to analyze sales data, performance metrics, and client feedback. Use data-driven insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in account management and sales strategies.
**Team Leadership**: Exhibit leadership skills by coordinating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience and achieve collective objectives.
**Client Retention**: Work to retain existing clients by consistently delivering value and exceptional service. Address any client concerns promptly and find solutions to ensure long-term client partnerships.
**Compliance**: Stay informed about casino gaming industry regulations, ensuring that clients are in compliance with relevant laws and guidelines.
**Requirements**:
**Sales Background**: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the casino gaming industry or a related field, with a successful track record of achieving sales targets.
**Account Management**: Prior experience in account management is a plus, demonstrating the ability to nurture and grow client relationships effectively.
**Punctuality and Self-Starter**: Must be punctual, self-motivated, and able to work independently to meet targets and deadlines.
**Team Player**: Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
**Basic Casino Product Knowledge**: Familiarity with casino products, games, and services is essential to communicate effectively with clients and address basic inquiries.
**Basic Microsoft Excel Knowledge**: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to analyze data, create reports, and track sales performance.
**Team Leadership Skills**: Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives and deliver exceptional results.
