Key Account Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop customer strategic business plan for the respective categories and customers.
- Manage key performance metrics such as sell-in, sell-out, in-stock, fill rate, drop-size, DOI, and how to improve them.
- Develops optimal integrated promo plan (selling the plan to the customer).
- Manages customer promo investment with the customer.
- Manage the customer P&L for the respective categories.
- Provide clear objectives and deliverables for the Customer Business Development Executives/field team.
- Deliver the agreed plan, follow-up achievement of counterparts set in the agreement.
- Consistent monthly and quarterly business reviews of Joint Business Plannings/Trade Term with customers through PowerPoint presentation.
- Data analysis to provide accurate business requirements for business review presentations to customers
**Requirements**:
- From 6 to 8 years of experience in sales and modern trade.
- Experience in key account management/modern trade
- Experienced in the industry
- Skilled in developing and implementing customer/channel investment strategy
- Preferably a university degree in related areas such as Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or similar fields.
