Encuentra24, el Marketplace líder en Centroamérica, está buscando un Key Account Manager para el Departamento de Ventas.
Buscamos un apasionado de las ventas, con experiência en ventas presenciales

**Responsabilidades**:

- Búsqueda y adquisición de nuevos clientes comerciales: Corredores de bienes raíces, constructoras, desarrolladoras y promotoras de proyectos inmobiliarios
- Contacto de clientes por medios telefónicos, correo electrónico o por medio de visitas en su lugar de negocios
- Presentación profesional de la empresa y de nuestras soluciones digitales para la industria inmobiliaria
- Manejo de cartera de cuentas para retención y aumento de ingresos
- Generar nuevas oportunidades de ventas a través de actividades virtuales o presenciales que representen beneficios económicos para el cliente y la empresa
- Formular y compartir ideas para generar más ventas y/o necesidades de nuevos productos, adaptados a las necesidades del mercado
- Utilizar una variedad de software y aplicaciones para administrar la información del cliente, su cuenta y diagnosticar y resolver dificultades técnicas
- Reconocer y ser difusor de situaciones con clientes difíciles utilizando todos los recursos disponibles
- Demostrar entendimiento de las operaciones en orden de interactuar con los clientes acerca de todo tipo de consultas, técnicas o no técnicas, incluyendo, servicios, políticas, procedimientos, términos de uso, tarifas de ventas, duraciones, comunicaciones, mensajes, solicitudes, mensajes instantáneos y aumentos de precio.

Calificaciones/Experiência:

- Licenciatura en Marketing o un campo relacionado con sólidos conocimientos digitales
- Tener mínimo dos (2) años de experiência en ventas presenciales, preferiblemente de productos inmobiliarios, bancarios de préstamos hipotecarios, de telecomunicaciones o estrechamente relacionados
- Experiência en manejo de carteras de cuentas y de sistemas CRM, por ejemplo: Salesforce o Pipe drive
- Conocimiento de sistemas computacionales de oficina: MS Office y Google suite
- Tener excelentes referencias de resultados de ventas y de atención al cliente
