Overview:
We are searching for a Key Account Manager with proven experience overseeing high-value accounts and developing an overall customer strategy to drive new revenue opportunities, long-term partnerships, and increased customer loyalty. This role will operate within the Commercial and CUEX unit under the Commercial and CUEX Manager and will be based in Costa Rica.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and develop lasting business relationships with assigned market niches.
- Responsible for attending and maintaining its portfolio of accounts to achieve the assigned sales volumes and indicators.
- Expand relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet your goals.
- Serve as a communication link between key customers and internal teams, resolving issues faced by customers and address complaints to maintain trust.
- Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
- Understand the company's risk culture and how risk appetite should be considered in daily activities and decisions.
- Actively conducts effective and efficient operations while ensuring the adequacy, compliance and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls in order to meet obligations aimed at reducing operational risk, the risk of regulatory non-compliance, the risk of money laundering and terrorist financing and the risk of conduct, these include the responsibilities established under the Operational Risk Management Framework, the Regulatory Non-Compliance Risk Management Framework, the International Handbook on the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing, and the Guidelines for Business Conduct.
- Maintain a comprehensive process of managing the risks that arise in the relationships you have or may have with customers, as well as perform the due diligence required for suppliers with whom you have or may have a relationship as stipulated in Monifai's policies.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Finance, Business administration, Sales, or related field in addition to at least 5 years of banking or consumer sector experience.
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish.
- Experience with software, Fintech, and Technology solutions as well as in financial evaluation.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
- Knowledge of the local market and regulatory of credit products.
