Descripción del empleo
Como Key Account Manager QC serás el responsable del manejo de la relación comercial con los supermercados, farmacias, tiendas de mascotas y demás tiendas, adicionalmente:
Serás el responsable de la gestión integral de los Partners Activos. Así como el desarrollo estratégico del surtido, de los precios, de las ofertas y la operativa de los comercios afiliados. Te encargarás de gestionar la creación de tiendas y productos nuevos, seguimiento de precios y actualizaciones, gestión de promociones y campañas de mercadeo con los comercios. Serás el responsable de monitorear la performance de las verticales del negocio y los principales KPI´s: ventas, rentabilidad, operativa y NCR estableciendo procesos y planes de acción que permitan mejorar los indicadores continuamente. Atención proactiva y confiable de las solicitudes entrantes del equipo de atención al cliente. Mantener y administrar las relaciones comerciales existentes y el servicio para optimizar y extender contratos. Cumplimiento de objetivos de atención al Partner, ventas y niveles de servicio.
Requisitos
Contar con experiencia en desarrollo y gestión de diversos productos en diferentes categorías, trabajando en grandes empresas de Retail. Conocimientos avanzados de inglés. Ser graduado de carreras como Ingeniería industrial, Economía, Comercio exterior, Administración o afines. Estar muy orientado a los detalles, organizado y saber cómo priorizar. Poder interactuar con ejecutivos de alto nivel y poder gestionar las expectativas de múltiples partes interesadas. Buscamos a alguien apasionado por lo desconocido con hambre de aprendizaje. Tener excelentes habilidades analíticas y de comunicación.
