Service Delivery Manager

The Service Coordinator will be responsible for managing Severity 1 Major Incidents that impact our clients on production or financial environments.
This position requires strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to work under pressure to resolve complex issues.
The Service Coordinator will work closely with various teams, including DPE, PE product development, management, and senior management, to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage Severity 1 Major Incidents
- Resolving complex issues related to product or service installation, hardware or software issues, operations, performance, or other aspects of information technology products and services
- Document all actions and progress made
- Ensure proper communication with stakeholders
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise:**
We are looking for individuals with strong technical and professional expertise, including:
- ITIL Certification
- Agile Experience
- Service Management Experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong negotiation skills
