**Key Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Obtaining the return of the Proof of Delivery (POD) document from the patient through a database for worklist prioritization
- Completing outbound dialer calls and handling inbound calls
- Interacting with patients, home health agencies, and doctors' offices to obtain information needed to locate the patient
- Reviewing all order notes, documents on file, previous orders, and internet searches to determine course of action of each order on the assigned worklist
- Maintaining your assigned worklist in a timely and efficient manner
- Understanding and complying with HIPPA regulations, PHI and all 3M policies
**Requirements**
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Flexible & Adaptable - with schedule, workflow processes and priorities
- Communicate in English effectively both verbally and in written format C1
- At least 1 year of call center experience
- Experience with working in an environment where daily goals are needing to be meet both individually and as a team
**Nice to Have**
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Experience with Nice InContact
- Experience with a dialer in a phone customer service environment
- Capable of multitasking and toggling through 4-5 different systems (dual screens)
- Skills include:
- Self-driven
- Customer service and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all business dealings
- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills
- Results oriented
**Work Environment**
Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Belen, Heredia at least 1 day per week)
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
