IT Technical Support Specialist

This role offers a chance to provide remote technical support to our internal associates for their devices, including Windows and Mac laptops, printers, mobile phones, and other equipment.
We are looking for someone who can:
- Work from 02:00pm to 10:00 pm, Friday to Tuesday
- Take inbound calls from customers and perform callbacks when necessary
- Process tickets from our Self-Service portal under the guidance of a supervisor
- Document technical issues and solutions in our ticketing system, Service Now, and other relevant files
- Collaborate on creating troubleshooting documentation and runbooks
To be successful in this position, you will need:
- A strong technical school degree or equivalent experience
- An excellent command of English language (B2/C1 level)
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Working knowledge of Windows 10, macOS 10.12-10.14, iOS, and Android
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good teamwork and problem-solving abilities
- A CompTIA A+ and/or Microsoft certification is a plus, but not required
