We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Software Support Specialist to join our team at Encora, a global leader in software and digital engineering.

About the Role:

As a Technical Software Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective technical support to our clients, analyzing technical issues, and implementing solutions. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our platform meets the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze technical support requests, identify root causes of issues, and implement solutions
  • Develop maintainable and scalable code fixes using industry's best practices
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and collaborate with Agile team members to refine estimations and improve processes
  • Perform peer reviews, conduct code reviews, and provide constructive feedback to team members
  • Presents clear and concise input to ensure continuous improvement of coding techniques and standards

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent degree, plus 3 years of experience in software development and technical support. You must also possess strong communication skills in English (written and spoken), as well as experience working with n-tier architectures, WCF services, microservices, WebAPI, Azure Data Studio, SQL Server Management Studio, Git, TFS, and Azure DevOps.

Salary: We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
