">• Provide help desk support to clients, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to desktops, laptops, and network remote access.
">• Develop and implement standard operating procedures and customer service guidelines to ensure consistent support delivery.
">• Maintain password security, data integrity, and file system security for the desktop environment.
">• Communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel.
">• Recommend hardware and software solutions, including new acquisitions and upgrades.
">• Work on problems of moderate scope, exercising judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
">Requirements:
">• Active Directory, O365, Intune, OKTA, G Suite, Jamf, and CEM experience.
">• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a help desk or technical environment.
">• At least 2 years of experience in a desk-side support capacity.
">• Degree in Computer Science or a related IT field, or equivalent work experience.
">• Microsoft and Citrix product certifications are a plus.
">• English language proficiency at an advanced level.
