Salary & Benefits: This full-time remote position offers a competitive salary of $850 per month, plus $5 commission per booked appointment that shows up. The OTE potential at KPI (15 - 30 appointments per each of 10 accounts) is $1,600 - $2,350+ USD per month. Job Description: We are seeking a motivated Customer Engagement Specialist to enhance our medical spa clients' calendars by efficiently managing lead follow-ups and securing bookings through calls and texts. This role involves comprehensive lead management, from initial contact to securing deposits and ensuring appointment attendance, all while maintaining consistent communication to maximize bookings.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound leads for 10+ client accounts.
- Engage in calling, texting, and using other communication methods to book appointments and confirm lead eligibility.
- Follow client-specific protocols for booking and consultations.
- Utilize sales scripts and follow-up strategies to improve booking chances.
- Handle appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations as needed.
- Collect necessary booking details including payment information.
- Ensure lead confirmation a day prior to their appointments.
- Maintain alignment with client expectations and query resolutions.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should have a positive attitude and excellent English communication skills; Spanish is a plus. You should also have proven experience in sales and appointment setting, preferably in an agency setting. Familiarity with CRM/marketing automation tools (Eliza is a plus), and remote working software (Slack, Zoom) is required. Additionally, you should be high energy, self-motivated, detail-oriented, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year of sales and/or appointment setting experience in a fast-paced environment is required. Prior use of CRM and marketing automation software strongly preferred.
