OneSpaWorld is a leading provider of luxury spa services at sea, dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences for our guests. We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Medispa Physician - Spa Services Leader to join our team.

Job Summary

The Medispa Physician will administer cosmetic medical procedures to onboard guests, possessing the clinical knowledge to deliver safe and effective treatments. They will provide excellent communication skills and aesthetic medical solutions to address guest concerns, working closely with the Medi-Spa Sales Consultant to promote spa services.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent professional medi-spa services and treatments in accordance with OneSpaWorld's medi-spa protocols.
• Conduct patient follow-up as required.
• Be flexible with scheduling, supporting the needs of the spa and guest.
• Properly care for equipment and use proper amounts of product/supplies to assist with cost control.
• Familiarize yourself with OneSpaWorld's 'GPS' for safety, including self-screening procedures, symptomatic guest or employee protocols, Physical Distancing Policy, Staff Personal Hygiene Policy, Hand Washing Policy, and Treatment Room Preparation requirements.

Requirements

• Possess the ability to work without direct supervision and actively promote spa services.
• Work closely with the Medi-Spa Sales Consultant.
• Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills.
• Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Be a team player.
