Customer Engagement Strategist

A leading Digital Marketing Agency in Costa Rica seeks a Loyalty and Rewards Specialist to enhance and implement campaigns covering new clients, first-time depositors, and inactive players. The successful candidate will work with the Digital Marketing agency to create sales campaigns aiming to increase existing Rewards membership spend and help grow the average spend per customer.
The Loyalty and Rewards Specialist role will develop and implement a Reward program ensuring it delivers on the company's strategic objectives. Additionally, the candidate will design and deliver an annual Rewards marketing plan, ensuring its alignment with the redemptions and overall group marketing plan.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing a promotional calendar with participating Business Units to drive sales growth back into the business and increase customer engagement in the program.
- Conducting market research as required to understand customer behaviors and motivations in relation to Rewards program campaigns.
- Working with the Marketing team to conduct regular reviews of competing loyalty programs and staying up-to-date with emerging trends in the loyalty space.
- Developing promotional calendars with third-party services to drive sales growth back into the business.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a marketing role, preferably in sports betting and casino environments. Additionally, they should possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in English, and the ability to plan and prepare for outcomes based on priority and effective time management.
This is an on-site, full-time position with the Now Digital Talent team in Costa Rica.
