As a Digital Education Sales Strategist at Microsoft, you will play a key role in deepening relationships with customers through customer-focused interactions and connections to Microsoft executives.

The ideal candidate will proactively develop a comprehensive understanding of customer industries and identify opportunities to drive optimization and digitalization solutions.

You will engage with customers to lead strategic technology transformations, developing and overseeing the execution of territory plans for multiple accounts to ensure Microsoft revenue targets and customer business needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement
    • Establishes and maintains customer engagements, maximizing value from customer contact and documenting contacts for maximum effectiveness.
    • Captures and shares key learnings about customers, history, and interest, relating customer priorities to Microsoft priorities and strategy.
    • Ensures continuity of customer accounts and monitors customer satisfaction metrics, following up on feedback and incorporating it into future engagements.
  • Account Management
    • Conducts analyses into customer usage versus needs, identifying resources to help customers derive value from existing Microsoft investments.
    • Collaborates with others internally and externally to achieve revenue targets, managing key stakeholders to meet critical deadlines.
    • Orchestrates strategic conversations to match teams and resources to customer needs, streamlining the customer experience.

This role is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in customer relationship management and account development, while driving growth and innovation within Microsoft.

We estimate the salary range for this position to be around $120,000-$180,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
