Customer Engagement Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Engagement Manager to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business results
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
- Design and implement effective marketing campaigns to engage customers and promote products
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
