About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Engagement Manager to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business results
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
  • Design and implement effective marketing campaigns to engage customers and promote products
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
